Q. Does EPCEC offer refunds?
A. Because seating is limited, we schedule and plan our venues according to class size and materials. For these reasons, we are not able to issue refunds.
Q. Can I change locations after I registered?
A. We value all our customers. EPCEC understands that life happens, last minute emergencies come up when it’s least expected, and issues arise when it’s least convenient. That’s why we work hard to accommodate all our attendees needs. We make every effort to fulfill a customer request for a change of venue when seating space allows.
Q. Are restrooms available at each pest control learning location?
A. Yes!
Q. Is a lunch break provided during the pest control classes?
A. Yes, but you may want to bring a lunch because there is a lot to cover.
Q. I want to pay for my pest control class with my credit card, can I do it online?
A. Yes this year we offer online payment options through PAYPAL just click on the registration tab select your course venue and date and you will be forwarded to PAYPAL for payment.
Q. Can I purchase the pest control education material on DVD to share with employees?

Q. Where do I mail my CEU Record of Attendance Form?
A. All forms need to be returned to DACS at the address provided on your renewal form. They can be reached at (850) 617-7997 by phone or (850) 617-7967 by fax or click on the link to go directly to the website WWW.FDACS.GOV.
Q. What if I need to sign up multiple students for pest control continuing education classes?
A. No problem, you can complete a seperate form for each student or you can call and let us do the work for you and your company.
